so this david dude has stolen a bunch of money from people and disappeared. Sorry not sorry. This guy was a real piece of work from what 10 years ago. Anyway, there are a bunch of these guitars now - like a bunch of small archtop languedoc style guitars on the market - please be smart and do not send your hard earned money to a third world country. Good chance youll never see it again!

Glad everybody is enjoying their guitars. Do not support shady crooks.

Hate to bump a real oldie, but I have the option to pick one of these up for $250, would be fun to have one in the arsenal. I had a Whammy and really enjoyed it. Should I?

Of course not. Your supposed to practice everyday, and come up with something more interesting to do in the time you had planned on making whacky noises. If you need to be on acid to really enjoy it, it just plain sucks man. What does the song need your taking your time up to play. Play the fucking song but do so respectfully.

Cue space man laser gun sound! Do not amuse yourself with playing a guitar. That can happen, but the intent should be to play your best.

enough with this TC electronics shit. Well unless you want to buy two, so you can throw the first one out a window when in inevitably breaks a bypass switch or brinks when updating etc.

If your gut instinct is to start buying really cheap Mooer stuff, TC electronic pedals, because ? maybe this isn't the best fit as a hobby. Those cheap pedals are made by slave labor. Aside from that, they aren't really made very well. So if you spend alot of time driving around, hauling shit to make music, do not sell yourself so short. Just fucking save until you can get something decent. Hell on reverb these days, you can save things to your feed, and snipe away when they come up for a $100 bucks or less. My 2018 scores would blow your minds. So yeah, TC shit sucks man, sorry.

lol these things are just big excuses for actually playing something meaningful. Well i guess if the job is playing next to the pool daily at an all inclusive Cancun resort, pumping out the jams with keyboard generated backing tracks, hell yeah! You should get some wild flamed top dean acoustic electrics and spar with this bitch! Actually in a flight of the Concords style duo, i think it should be essential tackle.

TC electronic is just the worst company ever. They were bought out a while ago for the second time. Pretty sure that chinese shit just got somehow worse customer support. With all the people bricking their multi delays trying to download firmware (if your pedal is used - you cant download updates - if it bricks - its dead and out of warranty). So out of love - do not spend your hard earned money on any of their products! Just dont.

got a retro sonic analog delay from the guitarist from the steve miller band. all from a tip from al schnier from moe. Best minimalist slapback delay I've heard in a pedal form factor. Kills at that barely on garcia delay also. Just plain awesome. Mine came with the settings still markered on it, but it basically at the lowest weakest settings possible. Just plain awesome! I've tried probably over a hundred delay pedals now - time flies!

nobody uses the black box anymore. its huge. great studio tool - several around TRI, but on a board, you better be touring hard otherwise -> that cheap ass MXR buffer boost works great. Just hit the bass cut mini toggle and boost as needed. Trey uses several these days. They sound good, are cheap, and tend to work well for driving envelopes, output lines to amp inputs, or really anything. Have a couple under one of my temple boards to balance a Kimock guitar from a Hi output jerry guitar and back archtop hollowbody again. Also use one to drive my custom designed dual mutron III.

Well hello everybody, long time.

Stopped playing Ph for a few years, wanted to develop more of my own sound.  Played some this afternoon so I figured I'd see what's what around these parts.

Hope all is well!
