For the strumming rhythym you'll have to listen to a recording, but I'm 99.99% positive

that those chords are the ones Trey uses. He uses a lot of upstrokes when strumming..

The (14) is a bit of a stretch for me, and you don't really need it to make the chord

sound right, but it's what Trey plays.

This tune kicks ass for improvisation.. it's in A major, (for those of you who don't know

music theory)... Trey uses a lot of arpeggios but seems to gravitate towards a more pentatonic

sound -- you can do this by playing those blues / rock scales off F# (as such):

E|----|--x-|----|----|--x-|----|--x-|----|--x-|----|----|----|----|----|----|----

B|----|--x-|----|----|--x-|----|--x-|----|----|--x-|----|----|----|----|----|----

G|----|--x-|----|--x-|--x-|--x-|----|----|--x-|----|----|----|----|----|----|----

D|----|--x-|----|--x-|----|----|--x-|----|--x-|----|----|----|----|----|----|----

A|----|--x-|--x-|--x-|----|----|--x-|----|--x-|----|----|----|----|----|----|----

E|----|--x-|----|----|-x--|----|--x-|----|--x-|----|----|----|----|----|----|----
