So I've found a used DeVille in my area for $500, freshly re-tubed, wondering if I should bite.  I'm leaning against it because money's tight right now, and to be honest I really don't need it because my HotRod Delux is doing the trick for now, but just looking for some feedback, as I know poster has one, as possibly others do to or have at least played through them.  Muchos Garcias  8) .

I must say I love my DeVille. This amp is a 212 that I found at a great local guitar shop for $550. I play this amp nearly every day and I love the tone i get. It takes some playing around with the knobs but I am usually happy. Keep in mind that this is a loud amp and you probably wont every need to turn it up passed 4 or 5 (it goes up to 12). I will say that I have had to change out the tubes more than once, but I think that is due to the fact that it was purchased used and I didn't really know how to care for it when I first bought it (don't move it right after you turn it off, and leave the amp in standby for a few minutes after you turn it on and off so that it will warm up/cool down).
Trying to stop these demons that keep dancing in my head!
