Hey dudes, my boss and a bunch of visitors have been in town all week.  My boss has always wanted to hear me play so he asked if i could bring in my guitar.  I said sure.  Well Gwen from Happy Orange is stopping by as well so we are going to perform for them at lunch!  So cool.  AO debut gig for me.  ;D

Thanks guys, it was so fun.  A bunch of Asian folks in town really liked it as well.  I learned some Cheap Trick, U2, and Bon Jovi for them.  Gwen and her baby helped out and sang some original Happy Orange tunes with me.  Only had a practice Fender amp but the guitar still sounds golden through it.  Also the big boss had a super smile the whole time.  Looks like job security!  ;D

Nice singin' and playin' HappyO!  My initial response was "oh no, electric guitar and voice? this isn't gonna sound good."  You and the AO proved me wrong.  Fairly good acoustic sound out of the cheap-o amp, the AO really helps that out I'm sure.
Guitars: Fender Clapton Strat, Ibanez AS80, Ibanez AF75, Malden Holly Keyser [SD Jazz (neck), SD '59 (bridge)], Carlo Robelli USH-500HB, Martin DC-1E ('98), and a Peavey Grind 5-string bass.

Effects in chain: Whammy II (dry out to Korg Tuner), RMC6, TS-9 ('82), TS-808 ('81), Ross Compressor, Fulltone SupaTrem, Fulltone DejaVibe2, TC Elec Nova Repeater, Ibanez Digital Modulation Delay III (DML20), Boomerang+, Alesis Microverb I, H&K Rotosphere MkII --> amps.

Amps: Mesa Boogie MkIII Blue Stripe, Egnator Rebel 20 head > Mesa Boogie Road King 2x12 cab, Fender Blues Jr. Humboldt, Marshall VS102R, Fender Champion 600, and Fender Frontman 25R.

Effects currently not in chain: Ross Compressor (MIT), Keeley Compressor (2-knob), Keeley TS-9, and TS-9 ('82).

Thanks my man!  We do the best we can with limited notice and resources.  Once we both had kids, it changed all the priorities.  Slowly we will get back into the game.  It felt good.

There's nothing like getting the opportunity to perform, no matter what size the audience.  Your voices harmonize really well with each other too!
