Title: If you need to understand trey's early 90's sound
Post by: sour d on May 19, 2010, 11:27:21 PM
I just listed an 82 ts9 on ebay if anybody is interested. These go for way more than the buy it now but I got a deal on it. Put this up against any modded tube screamer and you will hear the difference. All of a sudden true bypass doesn't mean shit.

No. But it sounds good doesn't it? Truth is, I use an 82 ts9 and an analogman silver mod on my board in the basement and I'm using a ts10 and a narrin fender warm drive in the livingroom rig. So this one isn't getting used. I'm going to be listing some other shit today so I can raise some cash for more shit. If my wife had a problem with my gear she would have left years ago.
