How do you play the little walkdown right before the jam
it's just a descending whole tone scale starting on F# and ending on G# almost 2 octaves lower than the starting point. I suggest starting on the B string, 7th fret (that's F#), and look to finish on the Low E string, 4th fret (that's G#). The whole time you are just going down a whole step every time. Sorry I don't know how to tab on here, but hopefully that gets you through it.

I tabbed this out a while ago - search the chords/tabs section, you'll see it.
Found it:
End riff:
E ----------------------------------------------
B ----------------------------------------------
G ---11~--9~------------------------------------
D ------------12--10-9--------------------------
A ---------------------12-11-10-9---------------
E -------------------------------12-11-10-9-8---
The single notes are:
F# E D C B A G# G F# E D# D C# C
I believe that WILSON has it correct.. here's the tab in both positions...
starting on 11th fret on G string
E |---------------------------------------
B |---------------------------------------
G |-11-9----------------------------------
D |-------12-10-8-------------------------
A |----------------11-9--7----------------
E |-------------------------10-8--6--4----
starting on 7th fret on B string
E |------------------------------------
B |-7--5-------------------------------
G |-------7--5--3----------------------
D |----------------6--4--2-------------
A |-------------------------5--3--1----
E |----------------------------------4-
Yeah Russo. Thought I'd give the tab thing a try to show exactly how I do it. I find this way easier as you don't really have to shift positions at all. YEMReba now has many options to try and see what suits him the best.
E----------------------------------------------------------------
B----7----5-------------------------------------------------------
G---------------7---5----------------------------------------------
D------------------------8--6--4---------------------------------
A-----------------------------------7--5---------------------------
E------------------------------------------8--6--4---------------
I think y'all are right, thanks for clarifying!
sounds good, thanks!
