Nope, never heard of this luthier.  Looks ok.  Not a bad price.  But if I were you and you were going to spend that much, go to AO and have exactly what YOU want made.  Plus, he's what, 20-30 minutes down the road from you?  You wouldn't have to worry about shipping, or any of the other worries that come along with buying something without seeing it first.

I'm not really looking for another guitar right now, but I will have to bring my phiga bolt in to AO soon. I'd like to have a good set up done and have him look at the way my guitar is wired up. 3 humbuckers each with its own mini-switch for series/parallel/single, 5 way selector, and a push-pull volume that is supposed to put you in les paul style front and rear humbuckers but I'm not sure if the push-pull thing only works when you have the 5 way selector in a certain spot or something but it's never sounded quite right to me. Sounds like he can let me know what needs to be done to make everything perfect.

damn that bruton looks wonky as fuck dude. id rather have the dillon.
