Title: Throwdown Showdown
Post by: Walker done done on October 20, 2010, 09:44:20 PM
Wow.  You go to 50 shows so you can see what those who were there last night saw.  Phish annihilated Augusta.  Grab this one folks, it's hot!

It was amazing Walker, just a dandy show, the setlist was terrific.  I had a couple first timers in our crew and they were completely blown away.

I think being in that tiny venue added a lot to the coolness. I kept walking on the cat walk behind the stage and poking my head through the curtain. It was like being on stage. I don't know if this has been talked about but I did notice the deluxe is back behind trey's rig. Maybe that's why he is back to the 2 languedoc cabs. Also something I haven't seen in a long time, the bullhorn was sitting there too.

That's one thing I wish I had done (gone up to the 2nd level and walked around).  In fact, I meant to do that right as I saw you, but my scatterbrain got sidetracked quite easily that night.  I remember saying to myself "go up there and check it out, say hi!" but honestly am not sure what happened after that.  Hahahah....and so goes a Phish show.  Listening back has been just as good too.  Also heard Utica last night was nasty.  I streamed a little bit of the 2nd set last night and it was decent.

Forbin - glad you & your crew had an awesome time...definitely worth the trip down from Canada.
