There are no modifications. It has the original hard case (brown outside, pink inside).
According to Gibson, after sending them the serial number: this guitar has the 1960's style Slim Taper Neck, Rosewood fretboard, maple top, mahogany body and neck. It was built in 1998 in Tennessee. The product code is LPCSHSNH1. The pickups are designed for powerful output and tone at any volume.
This is a great price - compare to eBay!

There are a couple minor dings from the previous owner - I got it about 7 years ago. One is on the front, about pin-sized, two on the back and very minor belt impressions. For the most part, these are only visible if you are looking for them:

So, as you can tell from the zoomed out pics, those minor dings are not noticeable - it is in great shape.

Did you see the Cedar/Walnut Mini currently up on TGP?
Yea, it was on a bunch of sites - I have been talking with him since the weekend, nice guy. He already had an LP classic, so he wasn't interested in a trade and I kinda gotta get cash first. He just sold the Mini about 3 hours ago.
In my search I saw your Koa Standard listed, but I am way late to that party. There is a Standard that I can buy, but I need to sell these first (or get the 2.6 grand I invested with the hospital I work at when I was still in a paid position, went back to school and now I work for school credit.
