Title: PCB sockets make mods easy
Post by: Happyorange27 on April 11, 2012, 07:56:44 PM
Yo I just started using these SIP sockets. As far as I know it's an original idea. Whatever. Anyway you solder in these sockets and then simply add your component. Don't like that value? Swap again. Click it's in. Pull it out.

Especially cuz my PCB on this Cry Baby looks like a busy whores vajayjay lips. No more abuse of the traces.

Lol, a) great idea! b) quite descriptive; nice imagery.

To the extreme, like using that in a few spots, it would almost become like a breadboard.
