Why has this never been discussed more?

Walker done done

Not trying to dig too deep into a buried topic, or one that is more voyeuristic than I care for, but this one still lingers and is like an itch I can't reach.  But why is it that the D.O.B. in this photo is different than that of what we've always been told was his b-day?  Makes absolutely no sense to me.

Think of the different scenarios as to why this could be:

- cops who booked him got his DOB wrong on the sheet he's holding (unlikely)

- Trey/Phish lied about his DOB being 9/30 all along (why?  what's the point of that?)

- the whole "Trey getting busted" thing was made up by the men behind the curtain (hmm...funny, but unlikely...right?)

What are the other possibly scenarios?

From recently discovered documents thought to be lost for decades:

9/30/1964--After the first two attempts ended in failure...NASA finally achieved success in bringing to life their Third-Redheaded-Android (TRA).
4/13/1966-- NASA implements new hydrolic finger joints capable of super human speeds and inputs data from every music theory book ever written into TRA's hard drive.

The confusion is understandable.
Current Rig:
Ron Kirn Barn Buster Telecaster---->Crybaby-->Ross Compressor--->Analogman King of Tone(just replaced my two TS9-Silver Mods)--->Ernie Ball Volume Pedal---> Fender Deluxe Reverb RI.  All connected using AO Guitars custom cables which are insane.
