This is a little bit of a shocker, not gonna lie. Anyone got more info? why is he selling it? A lot of questions...

A side note though... If i had the cash I'd buy it in a heartbeat... Imagine the history in there... Phish, oysterhead, TAB, and hundreds of Trey's guest have played there, so cool.

That's pretty phishy dude and I don't think in a good way.  I would figure at this point he is only making more money and if he wants to move, just buy an additional house, not sell your historic abode.  Weird.

Yeah... thats what i thought too. weird... theres another link somewhere i found a few hours ago... if i find it again ill post it... it has pictures of the inside. Awsome house, just really weird he is selling it.

Apparently there is more than one real-estate company selling a Trey house. Several sources online mention "the barn" is not part of a sale.

Maybe so....maybe not... No doubt there will be several other online listings and sources with bogus info popping up shortly. Bad time to sell a house anyway.

Just a note that the listing does not mention that it is Trey house specifically, just that it has a "Lower walkout level with Phish recording studio"

I could say my house has a "Lower walkout level with Phish recording studio" as well and just leave a CD behind. Just sayin...

This link does specifically say its "Trey Anastasio's Vermont Estate" and is clearly a different image. It also mentions when you click on the address for the MLS listing that it is no longer available.

Pretty sure The Barn where Farmhouse and everything were recorded is seperate from Trey's house.
