Heady as influence my Umphrey's McGee

I completely forgot about this tune! I think I recorded it the day I got the Umphrey's album Mantis (so this is 4 years old).
I know I stole at least a couple themes from them for this tune, but I can't remember what song I stole them from, or how similar the phrasing is...

The drums are from loops, I think my buddy Adam played keys (I'll ask him later, I found him sleeping on my couch this morning after not seeing him for a few months and he said "be back in a bit" before he left), and I played the bass and guitar tracks.

PS - this was all recorded directly into Garageband - the dirt and effects are all digital. Considering that, the tone isn't too bad, but obviously a bit harsh and synthetic. I used a Les Paul into an M-Audio interface, the bass is a Fender P-Bass, the Key's are a cheap keyboard using Garageband midi instruments.
