I have been talking to Gary from GARMOPATMODS about a fully loaded vox v847 for about a month. When we first talked before Christmas he said business was outstanding and he only had a couple wha's in house but they had some minor cosmetic damage. I opted to wait till a really nice one came in. Yesterday he contacted me and said he got one in that I'm going love. Just made the payment and it will be hear next week.  ;D

Walker done done

Scott did the Vox arrive yet?  Whaddya think bub?  Give us your thoughts after you've had a chance to dial it in.  I've gone through 2 different stages of adjustments w/ mine, both of which I've enjoyed, and am about to embark on the 3rd stage fairly soon.  The first one I had was a real deep, swampy wah - with not much range in terms of sweep - that I really liked, and the one I'm currently using is a fairly thin and clear wah with a lot of sweep.  I think I need to find something that incorporates both qualities but can add something else that I don't have now, but hope to find & will know when I hear it.  One other thing I've noticed that I've gotta do is tighten the pedal so it's not so loose and easy to push up & down....I need more resistance on it as I feel I'll have more control that way.

it was here when i got home from work yesterday. I plugged it up just to do a quick test and it already blows my rmc3 and cryababy away. i only was able to play for a few minutes because of the baby. i just got home and once again can't play. I;m heading over to Atlanta in the morning for the outformation show tomorrow. I will will finally get to play around with it Sunday afternoon. I haven't looked inside yet. I messed with the toggles, but that's it.
