New Phish Book

Have you guys heard anything about the release for 'The Phish Companion 3rd Edition' that was supposed to be out a month or two ago by the Mockingbird Foundation?  I haven't been able to find anyone who has them, if they've even been published yet.

I pre ordered it over a year ago, then the order got canceled a few months ago. Who knows anymore....

That's not good - I saw on Amazon they were pre-order available a few months ago, now there're not even on there.  You or anyone else recommend any other top Phish books?

Well there is the original Phish Book came out in 2000 I think, I bought one used... I think you can still find them. I'm not sure what else.
