Golgi Run Up

So i just learned Golgi apparatus minus the insane run up after "they call him lysasome cuz he runs so fast..."
If somebody has a clue ? Please by all means help me out.  I'm trying to break it down into half time but let me know if you know that insanly awesome scale

ha yeah I love these videos.  This is actually the one that got me into learning the song but yeah thanks for your help brother man, if you get around to it let me know!!

I glanced at this vyoutube vid the other day & based on that brief moment it looked as though he may just be walking up a major G scale from the low G on the 3rd fret to the high G on the B string.  Again, I say this without even having a guitar in hand, so it may not be right.
