Hey guys I have question for ya!  I just got a GL instrument cable with the master series plugs and it's a great cord, but it's so freakin stiff!!  Anybody got any ideas of how I could make it a little more flexible?  I've heard of running a hair dryer up and down on a low setting, but I don't want to screw up my cable.  I knew the patch cables were stiff, but I figured getting a thicker cable wouldn't be as bad.

I think you are stuck with the stiffness. A hair dryer will only be a temporary fix until it comes back to room temperature.

Yea, I think Happy is probably right.

Is it the outside material or is it solid-core cable? Not that familiar with George L, but I know a lot of people use them.

Yeah, I think you guys are right.  I did get it a little better by straightening it out for awhile.  At least now it doesn't just coil up when I let go of it.  It had the stiffness of coax cable you use for your t.v....we all know what pain that can be!!
