I posted this question in the one of the other topics, but in case it gets missed there...can anyone tell me what effect he's using at the 12:14 mark....and if it's the Boomerang, anyone know what setting he's using for it?

Id go with a line 6 MM4. You can control parameters with a expression pedal.

Cool video, and I don't mean to hijack; but I can't help but notice Trey constantly flipping his pickup selector. Even between verses of "Can I live while I'm young" he's switching bridge/mid/kneck/bridge/mid/bridge... He looks like a dude with OCD that has to flip the light switch ten times before leaving.
Ibanez SR300 Bass -> SWR Workingman's 15 Combo
Ibanez AS80 -> GCB -> TS-9 -> CS-3 -> RP3 -> Superchamp XD

I've been pretty pleased with my Cusak Tap-A-Whirl.  Its a pretty kewl little trem.  I'm also curious about the effect at the 10:50ish mark.  He starts looping a lick and then it takes on a synthy type sound.  It reminds me of the begining of Sweet Emotions in a way.

Well I have found a Tremodillo trem by Caesar Diaz and am told it's one of the originals that he made.  It's in good shape, going for $140.  Gonna try it out tonight, I'll let you know what I think.

Anyone else had any experience w/ this pedal?
