Which one?

Specifically the two to the left of the tube screamers and the one above the tube screamer.   Also, what kind of A/B switch is that?

I was gonna mention the painted black tubescreamers the other day when I popped in this thread, but I got sidetracked.  I like the green outline on the one on the right.  LOOKS TIGHT!  Is that the tone bone tight sqeeze?  How do you like it?  And how much do those things run?
Guitars: Fender Clapton Strat, Ibanez AS80, Ibanez AF75, Malden Holly Keyser [SD Jazz (neck), SD '59 (bridge)], Carlo Robelli USH-500HB, Martin DC-1E ('98), and a Peavey Grind 5-string bass.

Effects in chain: Whammy II (dry out to Korg Tuner), RMC6, TS-9 ('82), TS-808 ('81), Ross Compressor, Fulltone SupaTrem, Fulltone DejaVibe2, TC Elec Nova Repeater, Ibanez Digital Modulation Delay III (DML20), Boomerang+, Alesis Microverb I, H&K Rotosphere MkII --> amps.

Amps: Mesa Boogie MkIII Blue Stripe, Egnator Rebel 20 head > Mesa Boogie Road King 2x12 cab, Fender Blues Jr. Humboldt, Marshall VS102R, Fender Champion 600, and Fender Frontman 25R.

Effects currently not in chain: Ross Compressor (MIT), Keeley Compressor (2-knob), Keeley TS-9, and TS-9 ('82).

its all custom aside from the tuner and the tc electronics delay

/ switcher is a hand made, buffered, relay powered, fully adjustable jack deville silent switch utilizing beast of a box housed in a morley aby enclosure. one button jumps from either side of my deluxe, 1 purple, 1 white led, no switching click/pop or audible sound even at max gain :0)

thing above my tube screamers is the bone picker customs squeeze #1 tweaked by a local tone guru, (I own #1 &#3) they are both modded the same way only for durability, and compatibility with my buffers.

the chrome snake box is a sweet vibe thats had some parts added onto it over the years. sounds exactly like an original uni vibe. Owned a handful of vibes, and bob sweet provided the end to my search. RIP Bob

notice anything weird about my tube screamers?

How much was the bone picker and was it the "tight squeeze" that I saw on his website?  You're a big fan of the tone out of those right?  Would you recommend it over an original Ross??

I noticed the tube screamers have, what I assume is a three way toggle switch?  For different clipping structures perhaps?  My signa drive has a toggle switch that does just that, and I'm in love with the versatility....

Obviously you want to tell us about all that stuff, and we are all interested...so spit it out!

Also can you tell me more about the Trem pedal? It modulates your fender's inboard trem? I want something like that...how do I get one.

Thanks dude.

Admittedly, that is the coolest looking pedal board I've ever seen.  It's a work of art.

This and Trey's rig are the most interesting of any.  At least I can ask you directly questions about yours and get direct answers.  Thanks for all this information.  I freaking love it.  What I think most of us should appreciate is that you have done so much of the trial and error in hopes that we can skip most of that and go straight to the holy grails.  Anyway, that's why I'm not afraid to try out your gear and methods.  You've blazed that trail already.

What do you have to do to make the pedal compatible with buffers?

Can these Sweet Vibes still be purchased or is there no survivors carrying on the business?

QuoteThe wah pedal houses the first buffer at the start of the chain, I can adjust it by opening up the bottom with a little mini pot on this little aluminum square enclosure.

Sounds sweet.  Where did you get the buffer and was it a straight install or a crazy custom install by one of your mad gurus?

QuoteAnybody wonder why exactly I have george L cables on everything except the wah, ts9's, and vibe output? There is a reason.

Please share about the George L use/ non-use.

Quoteas for the black tube screamers, yup thats a toggle on each one. they are running at 24v each. the output is insane. they both have the kenny wayne Shepard durability type mods, matching chips, but a variety of tasty gain options. basically the first one is my high output / low gain pedal, the second one is high output / high gain BUT this is the brilliant part. When leaving the first one on and hitting the second, it will not engage at the same volume as if it were turned on by itself. Works that way backwards and forwards. Pretty neat actually. Now I can go from a bright brutally loud clean channel, to 1 tube screamer on for rhythm, or lead without losing control of my volume. So what your seeing on that pedal board is multiple multiple gain stages. Before I could hardly use the two together, too loud! I think this is all I ever wanted. Had to have 4 different people to work on um, but hey, I think it does exactly what I want it to.

First, confirm that you recommend higher voltage for OD pedals.  Would even going from 9 volt to 12 volt improve my Silver pedal?  (It's made to handle the higher).

Next, I'm trying to wrap my head around the dependent functions of your 2 screamers.  Are they linked by some smart cable or do they just have some kind of voltage limits on the inputs, outputs that can sense the state of it's neighbor?  Anyway at first I'm thinking, it doesn't matter how loud they are because your compressor will level it all out, but apparently there is more too it.  I'm sure it's complicated, but very intriguing however.

Thanks for answering any of these questions.  Keep the nuggets coming. ;)

How do you coax 24v of power from the Supa-Charger?

Those things can power a ton of stuff. The screamers use dedicated warts though. And I also dont have any of that gear anymore, right down to the guitar. I have an entirely new rig ;0)

Also, found the right buffer for me, and just two now, both in the same box, on independent outputs, for multiple amps. Using different ones caused to many fucking problems. Insane bad noises.

Hmm an updated photo would definitely be sweet then!
