Hey guys

Just wanted to report that after much deliberation, I decided on a Weber 12f150 8ohm light dope 50 watt replacement speaker in my 1973 silver face deluxe reverb.  I immediately noticed a difference. Really organic tone, just made my amp sound like a vintage fender always should.  Weber also says that it does wonders for the DRRI, if anybody is thinking about it, you would never regret it.

I just tossed a 100w Ceramic Blue Dog with Pre-Rola Doping and a Hemp cone in my SFDR. It sounds great, very dark, which is fine because there is plenty of treble left in the amp, and very smooth. The only thing I dislike is its less efficient than a Celestion. I know they can add a small neodymium booster magnet, maybe I should have done that. Great speaker though, it's beating out my CL80 for the time being.
