Help with Colonel Forbin chords

I'm trying to learn Colonel Forbin, in the tabs there are nice big fat ? for the chords played over the words \"quagmire\" etc.   I know what ever is played is extremely dissonant so quite possibly a diminshed chord will do...but what does everyone play there?  I can't quite get it to sound right.
