Anyone know what tis is or what it means?

i appreciate that this shirt was pointed out. IT always comes to mind when I think of IT. By the way have you see that pasterie shirt that trey wears? I think its worn in the bittersweet motel dvd during waste. I think that shirt is pretty dank... Glad I could share my feelings  :P
